Q. What is included in the packages?
A: We offer a minimum of 6 nights accommodation in selected hotel, official match tickets for all 5 days per test chosen, Glory Days city guide, Glory Days package delivery and a 24 hour help line when in Australia. We are also happy to offer a full package inclusive of flights, airport transfers and anything else required
Q. What are the benefits of buying a Glory Days official package?
A: Clients can guarantee official match tickets for the games of their choice for an event that is traditionally over-subscribed.
Unlike a general sale, clients can confirm match tickets for the games of their choice from one source and have these packaged with a range of hotel options.
Q. What is the difference between ticket categories?
A: This is dependent on the Stadium, as each differs. Please click here for full information
Q. Can you arrange flights with my package?
A. We are happy either way. Some clients are more comfortable doing their own or have air miles etc. but we are more than happy to assist if this would help. We are fully ATOL bonded.
Q. Do I need a visa to visit Australia?
A. Visitors to Australia with a UK passport can obtain an e-visitor (subclass651) visa from here: http://www.border.gov.au/trav/visa-1/651- there is no charge for this. Visas are the responsibility of the customer, but we are happy to advise on how to do this
Q. Do you provide Travel insurance?
A: No, all customers are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance for the duration of the trip. It is strongly recommended that this is done at the time of booking
Q. I want to buy ticket only, can you help me?
A: Our packages all come with a minimum of 6 nights accommodation, and therefore we would not sell ticket only
Q. Do you offer excursions and sightseeing trips?
A: Yes, there will be a good choice available, and nearer the time we will release our options. These can easily be added on to your booking
Q. What is required to secure my place?
A: We require a 25% per person deposit at the time of booking, a further 40% by Feb 1st 2017 and the balance by July 1st All amounts are non-refundable after the dates specified above. We accept all methods of payment (with the exception of AMEX) and are happy to look at payment plans if required.
Q. How do I receive my match tickets and other documentation?
A: We will keep in touch as the Series becomes closer – we expect to get a full package out to clients approximately one month prior to departure. We will have the tickets for the match on collection in Australia.
